Where is the Serial Number?

On the Label
Look at the sticker/label affixed to the cylinder body. The serial number starts with 'BGC-'.

Near the Valve
It may also be stamped or printed near the valve area at the top of the cylinder.

On the Warranty Card
If you received a physical warranty card, the serial number is printed on it.
How to Claim Warranty

What if my serial number is not found?
Your cylinder may be counterfeit. Do NOT use it. Report to BGC via WhatsApp at +92 333 7777475 immediately.
Is my warranty automatically active?
No. You need to verify your serial number and fill in the warranty form to activate it.

Yes. The verification page works on any phone, tablet, or computer with internet.
